Aftermarket Aluminum Radiator...Worth it?

I am starting to work some some very minor peformance mods and was wondering if an aftermarket rad (Koyo/Muzi) is worth it on an NA motor.

What improvements besides increased cooling capabilities are offered?

If it is worth it, what tends to be the best fitting/performing rad? I have heard Mishimoto has both fitment and quality issues.

I would only do it if you were FI, you'll get more bang for you buck performance doing other mods (spacer, exhaust, HFCs/TPs, etc.).

I would recommend the Koyo, have a few friends running one, they have been pleased with theirs. Whenever I get around to replacing my OEM one I'll be getting a Koyo.

All a radiator can offer is higher cooling capacity via increased volume of fluid. It will keep the spike in temperature away.
