how many miles? The codes you are getting are saying that your O2 sensors located ON the exhaust manifolds are throwing errors and need to be replaced. It will cause gas mileage to suffer and could cause catalytic converter failure to happen faster than usual if not addressed reasonably soon.

I have been having this same problem for almost 2 years now and I have not been able to figure out what is causing it. Did you ever get it figured out?

Im following up with this thread. I have some mods: crawford upper plenum, 1inch tb spacer, cosmo racing k&n, kinetix cats, cat back exhaust. just replaced the 02 sensors, upstream ones. did the downstream last summer. 119k miles. Im getting the slightly high idle. i bought /installed the jet chip MAF sensor feeling it would help the ecu reading of all the extra air, but i still have the codes p1084, p2a00, p2a03. i haven't replaced the cam pos sensors yet but i will after i speak with the jet chip tech support today. i need to clean my tb so while its off i will. could this also be getting caused the the idle air control valve? and would all these additional reading be corrected with an osiris ecu tune?

Anyone find a solution? I have had my tuner check for leaks, cleaned MAF, replaced Bank 1 Senor 1 (I only am throwing P2A00), done throttle relearn procedure and SES still comes on every 100-700 miles. Mods are below. I am at a loss for what it could be at this point.

06 6MT <40,000 miles as of this post
MD 5/16 spacer
MREV2
Z-tube
Berk HFC
HKS catback exhaust
Uprev Dyno Tune after all parts installed
