G35 Auto trans swapped with 350Z Auto Trans, car has no power

Hi All,

The original G35 automatic transmission had an issue with reverse not engaging, a Nissan 350Z auto transmission was sourced and installed, now the car feels like it has half the power it had before.
The gears change as they should while driving and reverse also works fine.
it feels like there is something holding back the flow or something.
Now to get the trans out, part of the exhaust needed to be removed and i'm thinking something along those line may have been overlooked and need to know where to look.
Is anyone able to provide advise please?

The mechanic I took the car to has cleared all the error codes, he has been voltage testing here and there and has noticed the intake manifold butterfly is not opening up all the way, he said that it is only giving him around 1.6 volts and when he manually pushes it open all the way that it reads around 4.6 volts.
My question is: is this a result of not fully flashing the VB and TCM or is there something additionaly wrong perhaps with the butterfly itself?

Go and do what I told you on the other forum - get your TCM and valve body reflashed.

Its the EEPROM. I've explained this before and I'm not doing it again. I'm not posting in this thread again.
