Step 1: Buy polished ebay intake pipe for 20 bucks

Step 2: Make ARC sticker for a couple bucks

Voila! There you have a $600 intake tube for just over 20 bucks..

I'm not one of those cheap *** people that buy cheap knock off things but ARC stuff is over priced crap.

The Arc tube is etched, which is also a pain in the *** because mine isn't polished anymore and I have no idea how to make it look good again without polishing off the etch in the process, which is the only thing making this pipe worth $600 instead of $20, like you said.

Good thing my track cars don't need useless silly show car stuff. OEM until I reach the limit of the part or if it breaks.

^He hasn't sold everything yet and he is still running the oil cooler, oil pan and STB for the time being. Those items are functional on the track.

ARC = the designer jeans of the mod world.

I never really saw the technical superiority of their products that justified their outrageous prices.

Who would be interested in a replica V2 oil catch?

...or is it really just about the brand name?
