that round piece seems to be dripping onto my exhaust..idk if its just water getting it and theres dirt or its leaking grease...anyone no what this is and what is does

i think you are talking about the fluid damper/bushing for the rear differential mount. When they go bad they leak. You can replace with a solid bushing as the best replacement option.
who makes a replacement for that?..and what kind of damage if any can be caused if i dont fix it right away..ill be installing my coilovers and rear camber kit and toe bolt in prob 3 to 4 weeks so i was thinking of doing it then...and is it an easy job to do?..any diy on here?

the large blue one is the replacement part you need.
No rush in replacing it - and its a lot of work to do the swap - many people drive around with it like that for a long time. Very few have replaced it but those that have mention the improved performance from the rear end. Better traction, etc.

ya..i found a diy on my350z and they had to remove the exhaust and sway bar...i guess when im bored one day and feel like working on the car ill order it..my friends got a lift so ill prob do it there then on the jack stands like i normally do most of my work......thanks for the info i can always rely on someone on this forum to help out
