Did you ever diagnose the problem? I just installed strup headers, and stillen exhaust (left the factory cats for now) and now from about 2200-2700 i here a "hissing" noise, but only when the engine is loosing revs. It doesn't hiss on acceleration. I do not see any leaks...hmmm?
