oxygen senor question

How many miles do the 02 senor need to be replaced?
I have 120K on my 2004 G35

Are all of them critical or can I replace just before the converter?

generally speaking if the O2 sensors start to go bad, they will initiate a check engine light, since their functionality will be outside of parameters. You could do it as preventative maintenance I suppose.
