After installation of Transgo, engine won't start

Hi guys,

Here is my problem.

I installed the Transgo kit last night, and finished up the work this morning by refilling the transmission fluid.

Now the car won't start at all, no cranking no nothing.

I can tell the gear indicator is not working, shows nothing but blank.

Now I assume the problems could be:

1. there is a sensor somewhere i failed to connect.

2. transmission fluid over filled. will this cause the sensor fail to act normally? I can still move the gear stick and the machine reacts accordingly. Only without showing the gear icons.

BTW, the brake feels realy hard when stepping on for starting the car or change gear.

Any idea? i am so desperate right now. didnt even sleep for almost 24 hours.

any help will be appreciated.

thans guys.

Figured out what the problem was. Here in this pic, there are 2 cables, one is white one is black. On my valve body, the black one was cut by a screw when installing.

is it replaceable? I assume it is but what's name of this cable? valve body cable?

Thx for reply.

I dont know what that would be called but you should be able to repair it.Solder the 2 ends together with shrink wrap shoud do the trick.

Just f.y.i. if you cant fix it by soldering understand that Infiniti does not sale any parts independently for this item which means you would have to find a messed up tranny or buy a new VB *700.00+ .....

I would think soldering would fix with shrink wrap added but not sure how that works with solder and Transmission fluid.

Okay here is the news.

I double checked everything, made sure that the replacement, the part which got cut off by stupid me, was working properly(got a tester on hand, and the line works perfectly).

When i tried to start the car again, still nothing. Then i tried to reset the ECU and other ****, desperately.

Suddenly, I notice the CEL flashed 5 times. Googled online, and found the means of this code, " Main fuse box not working, your car won't start." YOUR CAR WON'T START!!!! Again I noticed I forgot to disconnect the battery before taking the valve body off until I put everything back THEN I disconnected it. Will this **** the fuse box up?

How to check the fuse box?

Thx for the replies guys.

Most likely the fact that you put the screw in and it cut into that wire, when you turned the key on, it blew a fuse or shorted something. Don't know what to tell you except check your fuses.

nevermind I see you fixed it before I entered the post.
