Stillen intake problem

I just recently bought a 2004 g35 6mt. My first modifaction was the cxracing hks clone exhaust. I drove around with it for about two weeks and everything was fine. My next mod was a stillen intake and z tube. I noticed a difference pretty much immediately. The only problem is my car idles really low and when I'm driving it every now and then when I push the clutch in to brake or whatever my rpms will drop so low the car will die. I checked for leaks and found nothing. I have no CEL on and idk what is wrong. Idk if I need to reset the ecu or something but I was hoping someone could tell me a possible problem.

hm that's odd. you don't need an ecu reset that's for sure. i'd double and triple check all connections you connected/disconnected with the install.

i installed the ztube recently and i just unplugged the battery so the car reboots to the new settings and what not. my friend that has an 03 sedan 6mt installed it for me and said that it was required to unplug the battery and so far no problems..getting that turbo whistle at 3k rpm making it sound nice

Yea I unhooked my battery to reset it and drove a 100 miles but it's still doing it. I took everything off and re did it all to make sure it was correct. It does sound real nice when I lay into and seems to be working the way it should besides the car rpms being so low
