Question Non-revup block and Revup block compatible?

Short story - hydrlocked the engine and bent a rod. (long story)

So I'm looking for a revup engine to replace my injured one, but they're much more rare than the non-revup engine. Can the cylinder heads from my revup be placed on the block of a non-revup?

The heads are the main change, that and the rods
