You sure it isn't the ABS test it does at about 12MPH once each time the car is started cold?

+1 I intended to respond to this thread the first time i saw it. It definitely sounds like the ABS/VDC System check.

Idk. You'll hear something like air rushing which could be the abs, but it's immediately followed by the sound of rushing water for about 2 seconds.

Ok thanks guys! So how do I turn this ABS check system off or get rid of it. I just replaced my pads and rotors a little while ago so that might be the issue. Maybe I did something not knowing it?

Did some investigating on other threads about the same issue. So I guess there really isn't anything you can do about the noise. I looked up the ABS system check in the Infiniti handbook and it said its normal so thats good it's just an annoying sound. Thanks for the help everyone!
