g35 coupe differential fluid? mobil 1 75w90?

I need to change my diff fluid in my 05 coupe. anyone have any comments on the mobil 1 75w90 fluid? Thats what I bought it was on sale but i can always return it

Also how often should i change 30k miles or 60k miles? I hear both!
