I believe for our cars they are built into the Valve Covers so you can't really replace just the seals. There is a 3rd party vendor that sells the o-rings that you can glue on but not sure how effective it is.

However, having said that please provide details on how much oil is your car consuming. Leaky valve covers wouldn't really cause a lot of oil loss but worn rings will because that would lead to oil entering the combustion chamber and being burned off.

im currently burning around 1/4 to 1/2 a quart a week so i basically check my oil every day i have to work and dont drive any where else unless i really need to. im going o be pulling my plugs this weekend to see if i have oil on them. my issue is that if it is the rings fixing it doesnt seem worth it to me and im stationed in germany and getting a new engine is going to be an issue for me. so im not sure what to do right now.

Your car is in Germany right now?

Yes that is a lot of oil... as much as I was consuming (mine was probably more) and it turned out to be broken piston rings that caused my oil to be burned off.

I am getting my engine replaced as we speak.

You also might want to get a compression test done (if it isn't too expensive in Germany). That will at least confirm whether or not you have a valve/piston ring problem

FYI - my car ran fine with the oil consumption for about a year and half to 2 years. I just had check my oil levels on a weekly basis.

lol shady and expensive. Towards the last 2-3months I was down to buying a 5QT can from Walmart every 2 weeks. I didn't even bother with synthetic stuff and just bought $12 Mobil 5000 oil.

I was spending about a $1 on oil for every gallon of gas.

Get a compression test asap just to see if you are burning oil
