New Clutch Help

Unfortunately for myself, my 2007 G35 coupe at only 38k miles already needs a new clutch and some other directly associated parts (don't ask why). I went the dealership and of course they claimed it was not covered by the powertrain warranty and the price is for the parts and the labor is around $1200 not counting the possibility of a new flywheel which would increase it by another thousand or so.

I'm no mechanic or car aficionado, but all I can say is I love my G and want to get it back to the condition it was. So my question involves basically how I should go about solving this problem. After-market? If so which brand/type should I go with that is on the same level as the OEM clutch?

TIA
