questions regarding 2006 G35 Coupe fuel ratings?

whats up guys? I'm brand new to the G35 owners club..just bought a 2006 G35 Coupe and I've never been more satisfied with any purchase in my relatively short life haha. also, I'm new to this site and this is my first post, so i apologize if this is in the wrong section as i haven't fully figured out the ins & outs of the site yet.

now, on to my question:
is it safe to run 91/93 octane fuel on a bone-stock 2006 G35 with the stock factory tune? i apologize if this is a dumb question, but i just feel like I've heard somewhere before that on select cars you really need an aftermarket tune of some sort to start running 93 or higher. this could be dead wrong or it could be the truest words ever spoken, i have no idea..hence why i came to you guys for help lol. but I've fallen in love with this car already and i want to do what i can to take the best care of it that i can, so i'd like to run 91/93 octane if possible with no risk of harm of any sort. and on the contrary i'd like to stick to 89 if theres any risk of any kind in running 91.

so i'd like to say thanks for taking the time to read this, and thanks in advance for your answers and hopefully resolutions to my issues.

oh and also; what brand of fuel do you use/recommend? Shell, Exxon, BP, etc..?
