hey hows it goin everybody i bought my G about a year ago and decided to go with the auto transmission due to the oil consumption problems but i really am regretting it now so im wondering what you guys think swap the tranny or buy/trade for a manual G but then if i do that i run the risk of getting an engine like that need some help advice appreciated.

 

I would just trade for a manual G and save yourself the headache

 

what if i get stuck with a bad engine though i already know mine is good

 

You should sell/buy a 6sp if you don't want the auto.

It will be cheaper to change the motor in that car rather than deal w/ issues of swapping from 5AT to 6MT which is a headache, very long process, and costly.
