hey PR did you make the mistake that I did with taking the rubber seal off of that 4 inch plastic gromet in the passenger side battery compartment leading behind the dashboard? I cannot for the life of me get the rubber to seat on the plastic ring again.... ( for anyone doing the main harness, save yourself the time and do not pull this off)
so stupid question, but where do you "tuck" all the little wires from the harness? and do you affix them in places? sorry, i'm just kinda lost on how all that goes down. your pics just kinda went from "spaghetti hanging out the front of my car" to "this bay is now clean as fvck."
and how much of that gold stuff did you buy?

The stock wiring loom runs from the far back right (when looking at the engine from the front) to the left of the engine and then down one side (bank 1) then across the front of the engine (that big ugly loom you see) and then back towards the back of the engine down bank 2
Doing wire "tuck" means that all the wires on the right side of the engine (bank 2) [MAF, TB, Coil packs, AC etc] will wrap around from the rear and supply those instead of coming after the wires on bank 1 and running in front of the engine...
So they are not tucked really... the wires from the harness split like a V instead of a D shape.. They sit on the valve covers so hidden under plenum
In the below pics where is the evap solenoid relocated or is it deleted. The lines are reused and routed on the passenger side like the drivers side is at the back of the fuel rail. Pics below I was looking at it today because I'm planning mine out before I start.
After routing the main engine harness to the rear where is everybody relocating the coil pack grounds. The ones that normally sit on the bolt on the top middle of the timing chain cover.
you should remove the negative side terminal, imagine if you accidentally touched a wrench to the pos terminal and it touched the car. and then imagine if you were wearing a ring. just want you to be safe

Lol, the pics aren't my car. Look at the fuel service port and bracketing on the passenger side in the first picture and look at the relocation and routing in the second pic. That's what I'm looking to do. I'm not doing a full wire tuck with my battery still hooked up. My battery isn't even in my car right now.
omg i am such an idiot lol. after spending a half hour pulling my passenger side interior I realize what you were saying about just pulling the O2 sensors, starter, tranny sensor, etc and pulling it all up from behind the motor and reverse feeding it through the new hole. Only took a few minutes that way.
i need help i have all the plugs on the main harness unplugged and labled except one plug near the back of the trans...its literally the end plug but because its sitting utop the tranny i cannot unplug this clip. I cannot even find the tab i need to push in to release how are you guys able to un plug this plug.
If anybody can help i have couple questions where is the vacuum line for the brake booster connected to after relocation also what happens to the fuel service port lines are they just eliminated?
