New Clutch?

I currently have 90k on my 2004 G35 Coupe 6mt. The dealer recommended me to replace my clutch due to the mileage and they put that the clutch is worn and its hard to press down. However, they also told me that the clutch is grabbing so its not urgent. How do i know or give myself a green light to replace my clutch. My car seem to be shifting fine. No chattering or bearing noses. It doesnt slip or anything. Should i replace my clutch now? or can I wait? the dealer quoted me 1100$ and a local shop $680 with Luk clutch.

Thanks,

Kai Shih
