Angry Remanufactured engine installed low oil presure need help :(

I bought a g35 that had a bad engine. I bought a new engine from 123engine.com and today the guy that is working on the engine said everything sounds good runs good but has low oil pressure. He said at ideal it is at 4 and should be around 14. I talked to the people who sold me the engine and they said they would call me in the morning that someone who works on them can help. My question for the time being is has anybody else had this problem before? What are the chances its a bad oil pump or something inside the engine? Thanks

Also i want to add he also said the low oil light comes on. The guy that is installing the engine said it could be the pump or the inside of the engine.
