Help identify this harness!!

I tucked the main harness and took apart a large portion of the engine, and now I just found this one small harness and I can't figure out where it plugs into. Unlike the other harnesses, this one doesnt seem to have regular wires, it has a cloth like wire. It's coming from around the top of the heat shield

Just a ground wire. Should connect to a tab that is bolted to the inside of the fender (right edge of the red circle in your image).
