no, no one ran a Motordyne spacer but the original VQ plenum spacer from Espit was run...

couldn't find anything about the m35/45 front upper control arm either. But I'd guess it's not adjustable.
If anything for race cars you want no adjustability and maximum stiffness. It might be that it is the correct length to get the correct camber control at the suspension geometry's ideal ride height. Note most of the cars are similar ride height.
Interesting that the winner won on 225/40-17 tires while everyone else was running 245-265/18. Maybe way of adjusting ride height while keeping proper suspension geometry? Maybe the rules don't allow roll center adjusters?
And those cars are what I call proper fitment
. Look at that nice adequate ride height, that nice controlled body roll, that nice camber control on compression on the outside tires. Function>>form.
It doesn't really say how many HP for most, said one dyno'd at 340, another at 290, the g put out 328.
