please help me identify this noise

hi, i am hearing a short winding noise when i start my car ( hot or cold). i've pinpointed it to an area under the engine cover or possibly just in front of it. i recently installed a md spacer and followed instructions very carefully but i cant help but suspect it is related to this. its weird that i just started noticing the noise today but the spacer was done 2 months ago. any thoughts would be appreciated. thnx

vaccum leak?

Check the gasket in between the spacer. Sometimes one bent hole can cause the leak.
