Vq35de oem cam and followers

Hey guys. I am new here and have owned a g35 for 7 years now. just want to hear an opinion if you have had the cams out of the de motor. It's a 03 g35 sedan. The cams are removed to replace the cam followers and I see one cam seems to be a tight fit even after the bolts are removed. The other cams slide out easily... Anyone come across this? A little scared to put the motor back together thinking he head may be warped.

Can someone tell me what would be a good idea from here? It's 130k on the motor but ran hot at one time she. The coolant tube gasket blew. Car has always had a ticking noise for a year or two ntl I decided to check he valve clearances. That's when I noticed the cam is tight after all components released.

Thanks for reading and look forward to any input. Thanks
