Sedan Walbro 255 Regulator/Swirl Valve Mod.....
Sedan Walbro 255 Regulator/Swirl Valve Mod.....
Been hunting for this for the sedan version of the Pump for a while, anyone able to help?
The Regulator and Swirl valve are different on my 2003.5 Sedan from the 350Z instructions, I've got the Walbro fitted in the stock location, but have no idea how/where to drill, or how much to modify the Regulator and Swirl valve.
Any help is appreciated, TIA!

Update:
Fuel pressure without modification to the swirl valve is 56 PSI.
Spec is 52 PSI.
BUT this isn't a problem at all! The fuel pressure doesn't fluctuate so it's perfectly fine to stay that way. The sedan fuel pump DOES NOT need this modification, just install the Walbro 255 and you're all set!
Make sure to get a new O-ring for the fuel pump ring mount though, that was my leak above, common issue I guess.
