What upgrades work well?

OK- I jave really looked on the search function as i am sure it is here somewhere, but man there is a LOT to sort through so here goes- probably again

I have a 06 6MT, (I believe it has the RevUp??). Factory down force kit, factory 19"s, etc. There have been no mods to the car at all. I am looking for speed/performance upgrades and nothing look or sound wise.

1) What upgrades are proven horsepower or torque adders without going to FI? I really don't want that outlay of cash, and it is my daily driver, so I am worried FI may just mean constantly messing with it. Ideally somewhere around 350-375 hp with matching torque would be killer, but that may be asking a bit much from mods like this. Any dyno results instead of butt dyno would be great.

2) Getting a new clutch put in at the moment so is there anything there i should be adding or changing to other than OEM style?

This is my first modern sports car, so the fact i can't change the carb and port and polish everything just has me a bit overwhelmed.

Thanks in advance.

FYI- I was thinking cold air (recommendations on which?), hi flow cats, plenum spacer, and Kinetx V+ intake plenum (do I need the new plenum & the spacer too??)

Mrev2 with the 5/16th spacer is known to give a nice power gain
You can also try Motordyne Art pipe which should complement it well

Apart from that save your money and get some swaybars

OK- probably a stupid question but what is the Mrev2 and where should I get it? What type of power gains are we talking?

You can buy it new from - http://www.motordyneengineering.com/...5c58fdd091e9d9
but you can usually find some pretty good deals on used MREV2 & 5/16 spacers in the for sale section.
There will be a power gain but don't expect anything substancial, still worth it though.

Cool- sounds like that is my starting point then with the Mrev2 and plenum. Any thoughts on the clutch stuff?
