I attempted to replace my wiring harness last night...

Here are the symptoms:

When I reattach the ground cable to the battery - the speakers in the car sound like they are getting "feedback" for about 1 second. There is almost no interior power (reading lamps, etc) -

When i put the key in and turn past acc to "on" - the speakers again give me the "feedback" noise - and my headlights and radiator fan go on and stay on ...

Any thoughts?

I know it is something simple... I just can't find it.

PS - The replacement wiring harness is from a G35 Coupe (I own the 03 sedan). I was told they are the same except for the extra cigarette lighter on the passengers side...
