engine making clicking sound

So I was getting on the turnpike tonight in my automatic 06 4 door g35 with 136400 miles and when I started to get up to 80mph I started hearing a clicking sound coming from my engine I just had a new tire joint installed and the mechanic said the car ran and looked great, anyone have an idea what could b causing this clicking sound?

Is there anything else you have changed/added lately? A video might help.

Does it only do it when you reach 80mph? Have you tried listening closely under the hood while the car is at idle? I had a clicking sound one and it was because I ..........put too much Seafoam in my gas tank.

Ya only at 80 or higher when I pulled off and got out to listen I didn't hear any clicking, looked under the hood, under the car, by the tires and got back on the highway and as soon as I got to 80 started clicking again so I turned around and kept it at 70 till my exit
