Quick run down: 2003 6MT V35 JDM

Got it at 24,000km and used excessive oil each service.
Paid $2000 for 3rd party warranty in Australia that was supposed to cover this

Warranty company wanted engine striped to see why it was using engine. Mechanic report came back as follows
1. PISTON OIL RING WEAR ON ALL CYLINDERS
2. PISTON SKIRT WEAR ON ALL CYLINDERS
3. BORE WEAR HAS OCCURRED DUE TO PISTON AND RING WEAR
4. VALVE GUIDES HAVE EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS OF CLEARENCE
5. VALVE STEM SEALS REQUIRE REPLACEMENT
6. CRANKSHAFT HAS MINOR SCOURING DUE TO FRAGMENTATION ON MATERIALS
7. BEARINGS REQUIRE REPLACEMENT
8. ALL GASKETS MUST BE REPLACED, REAR MAIN SEAL OIL LEAK ALSO
9. TIMING CHAINS AND GUIDES SHOWING EARLY WEAR INDICATION

Warranty place saw the word "WEAR" and said oh good it falls under our exclusions of "Normal wear and tear" its not covered. I said so what do you actually cover, they said spun bearing, something one day out of the blue breaks in the engine etc (so if i kept driving on low oil and made it die id be covered but no cause im being proactive im being screwed over)

What i need: Ideas for the mechanic to check to see what part of the engine can cause the oil problem that then led to the wear of the items.

Thanks so much for your help, scenario needs to fit with whats on the report already, cant be cracked piston in half etc..
