car wont start upper plenum

i decided to paint my upper plenum last night took it off covered up the lower and painted it, let it sit overnight, and after i put it back on today the car wont start. was very careful masking it off i know no paint got where it shouldnt have. i also cleaned my intake cone before putting it back on. While putting it back on 1 of the middle 6 screws cracked (over tourqued) but i dont believe that would have anything to do with the car not starting.. also when i lock the doors my headlights start flickering almost like strobe lights?! HELP !

ps will post pics of the painted plenum later

Did you reoil the filter...maybe too much oil and it coated the mass air flow sensor.

3 to 4 weeks ago dosent mean anything as a battery can take a dump at anytime.I would take the battery out and take it to pepboys or autozone or any parts store and get it checked first. If the computer dosent see the correct voltage it could not let the engine start...but of course its hard to diagnose a problem on the internet.

Have you tried jump starting your car?
Your car really doesn't depend in starting your car, it relies on battery power.
Have you checked all fuses? Relays?
