New Build wont start - need some help

Is the engine the only thing you replaced? Did you use the exact same type of engine? Does the motor crank and fail to start or not crank at all? Do you have power to everything else? Is your security indicator solid red with the key in the ignition?
I used an engine from an automatic 2005 coupe, put a pilot bushing in and used my harness from my 03 6mt, electronics are working fine. Car has spark and you can tell it’s getting fuel and burning it because you can smell it and you can see a flame shoot from the headers sometimes, it cranks but doesn’t start
Also the security isn’t red
