2003 G35 Sedan Making a rattling noise at around 1500 rpms

Ok so I have a 2003 G35 with like 130k miles on it. Recently it has started making a rattling noise from like 1400-1700 rpms. Im only 16 and dont know much about cars but I started looking around on the internet and most people are saying its either the heat shield or auto tensioner and I was wondering if anyone knew exactly what it was based on what I told you. Also I would like to know if it would be an easy fix or if Im just better off bringing it to a mechanic. Thanks

if it's a rattling noise at only a certain rpm.
probably something is loose.
pop the hood and grip things and lightly try to move things.
if things wobble that's probably the noise.it would suck to see you take it to a mechanic just so he could tighten a by or 2 and charge you 100$

also jack your car up and try moving the exhaust around to see if it's loose.

of anything is loose find where the bolts for it go and put in new bolts or tighten them down.

hope this helps.
