Z1 Motorsports Poly Mounts?

Came across this by hitting the New Posts button. I do have a Z1 Transmission mount installed in my car.
Here's my observations as some random dude on the internet:
Pros - It did what I had hoped and that was to firm up the shift **** from bouncing around. It's nice and solid now on hard takeoffs.
Cons - Noise. The stock bushing is soft and rubbery and does a great job insulating the cabin from NVH. It's kind of hard to explain, but with the Z1 mount a lot more drivetrain vibrations are transferred into the cabin. My wife noticed immediately and commented my car sounds "meaner". I thought I had an exhaust leak at first (I installed the mount the same time I installed a new clutch). I was actually going to remove it, but tossed out the stock one, now I'm pretty much used to it. But I did have to explain to a mechanic recently that nothing is rubbing or broke, I just have a poly trans mount, lol.
I imagine the engines mounts would have similar pros and cons, great for a track car, maybe not so much for a daily driver.
