Diagnose - Soft Engine Tick (Very loud for Injectors)

Hi
Hoping I could get some opinions as to a soft ticking noise I am getting from the top end of my engine
Could be injectors but it is quite loud (and has gotten louder since I got the vehicle)

Does it at idle, audible outside the vehicle but not inside with windows closed
Not audible driving with windows open at any speed.
Noise increases with engine RPM and either goes away or gets drowned out by other engine noises at higher RPMs (with no load)

I threw in some injector cleaner but havent driven it much yet.

Attached video

Hopefully the audio is good enough

Thanks everyone!

Kiefer

Oil will help but thats not going to solve the problem. It sounds like youve got a spring somewhere in the valvetrain thats not as stiff as it used to be.
