oil change.. now code?

So I changed my oil with full synthetic a week ago. This morning I got a service engine soon light... wwnt by the auto part store to find out its a F0455 code?.. is this related? If so how do I fix?

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

follow this link for info on the code. Many have gotten this because they didn't tighten the gas cap enough. Hope your fix is that simple.
