Unhappy Mrev2

I have been trying to research mrev2 and i think im going to purchase it and an iso 5/16 MD spacer. the only thing keeping me from purchasing these now is the question of CARB legality. after hours of research i came up with the answer of the spacer not being legal but being almost never noticed by a smog tech. however, i have come up with no clear answers regarding the MREV2 when it comes to being CARB legal. any help?

contact motordyne, plus if I'm correct they shouldn't be able to tell if you have the mrev2 either, its a lower plunem.

Its the same as a stock lower plenum that has been modified. Any smog tech will never see it, and they won't see the plenum spacer either if you have your engine cover on.
