FX35 shuts off after startup (post cleaning TB)

After doing a lot of researching on the site i went ahead and carefully cleaned my throttle body and now after startup the fx just idles all the way down till it shuts off (unless i rev it)
I only removed the intake and intake hoses when i cleaned the Throttle body.
I did not remove the Throttle body from the plenum.
I only cleaned the outer TB, and i did not play with/move the butterfly. I also opted to disconnect the negative battery term.

Used cuetips and a microfiber cloth rag/TB cleaner.

I'm thinking i might have an air leak when i connected everything back? Or do i have to clean the MAF as well?

I tried to search this but i cannot pinpoint the issue.

Help appreciated

I believe you may need to perform a idle air relearn procedure as when you rev the car it stays on but @ idle it stalls.

i figured i'd give this a try, i can't get my timing right. how do you actually "know" when you did it correctly?

I had a similar problem, the car wouldn't idle right and would stall once in a while.

When I took the TB off 90% of the gunk was on the plenum side. If nothing helps, try taking off the throttle body and clean both sides.
