Been searching around and haven't found anything on any engine knocking.
My 08 has a damn knock that sounds like a diesel motor. Sounds like its coming from the block or maybe even something rattling underneath.
Been trying to diagnose it for too long and I though I would post it to see if there is a common noise from 08's...

Change your oil and if it looks like you've struck gold you have a problem.
