Exclamation Power Steering Leak

So I was under the car today and noticed my engine undertray had some hydraulic fluid on it. I traced it to the source and discovered this (see picture).

What's the best way to fix this? Do I need to replace the hose? I didn't see any cracks in the hose, but the clamps have a pretty good indent in the hose itself. I tried pushing the hose farther down on the line but I don't think it moved a whole lot (but did move some. See the little indent right below the hose on the left? That is now covered.)

Thoughts?

I think this is a power steering cooler but I could be wrong.

Well I picked up a couple of hose clamps and was able to move the hose down a little more, so here's what it looks like now. It has been a few days and no indication of a leak, so this might be fixed.

I didn't even have to remove the hoses...just slipped the new clamps on and tightened them down. Hope this helps someone in the future.
