Radiator Leak or is this a hose?

Black shroud on the bottom of the radiator, is that part of the radiator or is it hiding a hose behind there?

I need to take the whole thing out anyways but just curious if anyone knows whats behind there. Not going to have time to do it until tuesday.

Thanks

Looks like the bottom tank on the radiator leaking to me. I'd replace the upper and lower radiator hoses if they haven't been done in a while.

Only correct way to check for radiator leaks is to have it pressure tested, that will show exactly where the leak is! I would hate for you to buy a new radiator when you only needed a hose....Gary
