04 g35 coupe wont start
Today i was driving home from school and it was raining pretty good, i was coming around a corner and there was a good amount of water and i had no choice but to go through it, i went in and just turned into a gas station to take a back road but as soon as i pulled in the car just died, i had to get a buddy to pull me the rest of the way. i tried jumping it and charging the battery but it wont start, it'll give one click and thats it every thing else electronic is on, i checked the codes and i have a p103 which is mass air flow senor high voltage, would that not allow it to start?
battery voltage is normal btw.

if you didn't get water in your engine, your MAF sensor probably got a little wet.
I would remove it from your intake tube and buy some electronic spray cleaner from radio shack(non-residue) and give it a spray and dry BUT don't touch it with your hand. I would also remove the whole intake and filter and make sure mud/dirt/sh*t didn't go in.
If that doesn't work, then yes, you've flooded the engine.

but since you've manage to get to the gas station makes me believe that your starter, alternator, or something else got wet. Now if your car died while it was doing the breath stroke, then more positively that engine is flooded.

If you actually flooded the engine you're screwed but I don't think it's that severe. More than likely you got the fuse box behind the battery wet. Take out the battery and check that compartment for moisture. Take the cover off the fuse box if it's wet in there, pull all the fuses and dry the area as best as possible with a microfiber towel. Then spray all the electrical contact points including the fuses with contact cleaner, wait a bit and re-install all the fuses. Hopefully that will solve your issue. I believe the IPDM is back there as well so good luck.
Just dry up and spray off the items mentioned above, I sprayed my engine this weekend and got something wet and chaos ensued as well when i went to start it. I disconnected the battery for a minute and a few hours later it started fine.
