Hey guy's, I corrected the timing tonight and I still have a few things wrong. The main problem is when ever I quickly give the car open throttle, it'll create a loud "whoosh" noise follwed by a decrease in rpm and then sky rocket back to where it should have been all with out removing my foot from the throttle. Could it be idle air? Not enough fuel pressure? Would love some help

Another problem is that when I initially start the car it will be a long crank (close to 3 seconds) and finally catch but when it does catch it stutters from 0 rpm to normal rpm, almost like its stalling out!!

Please help me
