With a 450hp goal, you will be fine with entry level eagle rods. The big decision is what compression ratio you want. Lower ratio will give more torque but less peak hp but also allow higher boost. Higher ratio will give more peak hp less low end power but spool a little faster. Since you aren't aiming all that high, I think 9.5:1 would be a nice street ratio
