upgrading my exhaust to a +07 model

I have an 05 G35 RWD sedan that has an exhaust issue (punctured pipe). I thought of upgrading it with an aftermarket one, so I found this custom catback exhaust for a +07 model at a really cheap price,
so my question is, is it doable, is it worth it and how many modes am I looking at to do this? I know I'll have to do a cut on my rear bumper for the second tip, but that's alright.

i personally have no idea, but there is only one way to find out. buy it and see if it lines up close enough. you will have to get custom hangers welded on. braces, sway bars, and etc will prob be in the way.
