Help with measurements?

Hi guys was wondering if anyone has insight or information on the 03.5-07 G35 6mt coupe driveshafts? I'm partially looking for overall length only. Unfortunately my G is in the shop and I don't have access to it til next week. I need to provide my machinist with a measurement sometime this week ( his only free time). I'm doing something crazy so please any input will help with my project. I don't want to spoil it..........

Any links would help... I tried searching already

If you're looking for an aluminum or carbon fiber single piece driveshaft they're already out there being made. Unfortunately I'm unable to get under my car and get a measurement at the moment. Specify what you need though, overall length of the knuckle to knuckle or including the slip joint on the trans end?

And just realized I don't have my OEM shaft anymore either... If I can get in touch with the guy that has it I'll ask him for measurements, but clarify what you need for us.

I just need overall length. From tail to diff flange or overall shaft length. Either one will surfice. I tried looking for aluminum but three shops that are able to custom them stop because of vibration issues and something about low speed issues. This is all for a project in mind.

O yea and it has to be from a mt and not a at as I believe they are different in length.

Looks like I might have found my answer. 59.88" ( 4.99 ft) from spider to spider. Can someone else confirm this?

NVM.... if anyone is interested the stock g from spider to spider is 1621mm. = 4.98ft.

I also picked up a 07 G35S AT rear differential. Can't wait to get started on my g project. LSD with 3.7 FD... GOODNESS.
