so my project car is becoming more of a project than i thought,. originally i assumed id do complete swap. today i took the motor down to the heads. found one of the drivers side camshafts is snapped right under the first(towards the front of the car) U bracket that holds the shaft in place. the passenger side of the lower intake manifold had a ton of carbon build up. while the drivers side was clean the center cylinder was full of fuel. i think the heads are shot and im worried about the block . gonna take the heads off and check it out tomorrow. but as of now this is what i got.also it had a kenitx plastic intake manifold that was cracked in half...... when i put a new battery in it today the car started but would only run if i held the gas down. also found the passenger side coil pack (center) was not even tightened down and the rear coil pack was seperated as well. ... im thinking i should just swap or buy a rebuilt block/heads off ebay from engines usa for $1700... unless anyone out there has had this and has advice on the next move....

no clue man bought the car as a project. girl had it so it had bad maintence i assume.. she was driving it in the summer n it sounded like **** so i knew the intake mainifold was cracked.. but i assumed the valves got stuck open and made the cam stick n it snapped..
