I love it! Can anyone recommend a good website for minor tuning of the car? It's my first Infiniti and I thought this may be a good place to start.

For example, any aftermarket chips? Cat-back recommended exhaust? etc... I'm not looking to build a racecar, but have always enjoyed further tuning of my cars.

I would recommend reading as many post on the subject you are inquiring about, by searching these forums. This is what I did (still do). Lots of useful info and sometimes spirited discussions.

Some basic beginner mods are intake, springs, wheels/tires, sway bars, plenum, y-pipe, HF cats, exhaust. Then you can get into the more detailed mods....i.e. FI, ECU reflashes, internal mods.

As with most market, there's several vendors for each of the mods above with pros/cons.
