1st off I'd check to make sure it's the right part. Once that's verified the instructions in the link you posted are spot on! If the belt isn't sliding on correctly I'd say slide the belt into place around the sides of the power steering pulley first and leave the front top for last near the idler pulley. It seemed to go on like butter for me that way. The A/C belt I did in similar fashion, took all of 30min. Good luck!

Okay so after countless hours of looking at my engine in 50000+ angle n $300+ worth of belts. I finally found out which belt to buy. The previous owner never told me he did a Idler pulley delete on the engine! I found this forum! Thank god! Still fail inspection because my back right tire was missing a little chunk on one tread..FML I hate Germany!

Well, you mentioned on your posting that you had an 07. I believe starting in 07 the IP was removed by default. I have an 06 coupe and deleted the pulley a few months ago and from now on have to buy an 07+ belt.

You might be able to return the belts to RockAuto. I've returned parts to them and their pretty good about it.

I prolly didnt do my research as much as i should of have. But every website that i purchase those belts from were OEM from Concept Z Performance, Rock Auto, Auto Zone. Obviously I would enter my car as an 2007 coupe but still none of those belts fit. Maybe i should post something up there for all those 2007+ G35 so they don't have to go through what i went through. Plus ALL THE SHIPPING MONEY TO GERMANY!!!!! Car inspection in Germany you only have 30 days to fix it or it goes as non-op which equal to more fee....waiting for parts to come in took forever.
