I need noob help!

Okay so ive been having this installed (popcharger) but as hard as I look I cannot find where the shield goes screwed! It looks so tacky. Someone know where to screw it or what to do?

it looks like there is a bracket to the right and left of the filter

The side with the lip rests on a weld where two body panels come together (ex "JL"). The free L bracket mounts onto the OEM center intake.
