I've been having this issue over the last few days where the engine will cut out intermittently and run fairly rough. The only code that is coming up currently is a P1444, however in the past when I had the same or very similar issue another code was thrown which indicated the throttle position sensor might be at fault. Thinking that this might be the case I went ahead and replaced the throttle body and performed the reset procedure- however it seems to act exactly the same.

It seems that P1444 is simply for an EVAP purge control valve, this doesn't sound like anything that would cause this type of symptom...

Anyone have any insight?
