Basic Mod List
Level 10 or stillen valve body upgrade
Maybe a torque converter
Crawford cast plenum
Popcharger or whatever + Z-tube
Stillen engine dampener brace
Maybe a set of sway bars
Headers of some kind, maybe DC or stillen
Stillen cat-back, which is apparently loud, sound is not a big deal to me
Grounding Gear
Maybe TC ECU flash, not sure
What do you think a guesstimation of typical gains might be?

I'd say it can be a bit higher.

Seriously, IMHO our engine has been well-developed and it takes FI to realize serious performance gains.
This is just my opinion....but unless you are actually racing your car, why not spend all the money on making your car look better and get better accessories such as interior and electronics instead of making your car go 0-60 in .7 seconds faster?

I don't know. I was dyno'd at 254.5 rwhp with just:
* Injen CAI
* UR pully set
* JWT flywheel
* Stillen dual exhaust
Now I've added:
* Kinetix Plenum
* Top Speed headers
* Kinetix high flow cats
Now I haven't had a chance to dyno since then, but it sure feels like I've gain a bit more hp over the last dyno. Base line dyno's are like what, 231-233 hp usually. So I've already gain more than 20 before the plenum, headers and cats. Of course I still need to dyno to get the results and see if I lost or gained anything. But then again, my G is in getting the transmission replaced. And since it's in I'm going to have the clutch replaced. I'm planning on a JWT clutch. Now depending on the dyno as well, you can show some serious gains. I dyno'd on a dyno-jet (at STILLEN), and some other guys dyno'd on a (dyno-pak?) I think it was called. But some of them showed up to I think 276 rwhp. That's well over a 20 hp gain. Of course some one may correct me, I don't know. But, this is my opinion.
